As a Holistic Health Counselor, I teach my clients about better food, lifestyle, and exercise choices.

Every BODY is different. We all come from different backgrounds, live in different places, have different blood types, energy levels, and body types. Who is to say there is one diet that is right for everyone? What works for one person may not work for someone else.

Working with me, you will learn different dietary theories and concepts, modern health issues, how to deconstruct cravings, “crowd out” foods to avoid, learn about food/mood connections and so much more. Through this exploration, we will discover what works best for your body.

My sessions work like this: One-on-one—either over the phone or in person—every other week for a period of five months. Each 50-minute session is designed to focus on a specific health related theme including: greens, proteins, the energy of food, spirituality, relationships, work situations and more.

Change takes time. Our journey together begins what will be a lifestyle change. It is not a mere diet.

While most diets focus on caloric intake/outtake, carbs, fats, restrictions, etc., they fail to focus on the factors behind why a person is behaving in this manner to begin with—what is happening in their day-to-day lives. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
